  2. Complete your order and check out.
  3. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to upload your image or an option to email your image to us.

What kind of images can I upload?

You can upload any high-quality images in common file formats like JPEG, PNG, or PDF. To ensure the best results, we recommend images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.


How long does delivery take?

We typically deliver your custom product within 5 working days from the time your image is uploaded and finalized.


Can I make changes to my design after submitting the image?

Once you’ve submitted your image, our team will review it and may contact you for clarifications or modifications if needed. However, major changes may not be possible after production begins.


What if I have trouble uploading my image?

No worries! If you face any issues with the upload link, you can always email your image directly to us, with your order number for reference.


Why is photo quality important?

  • Original Photos Are Best: We strongly recommend uploading the original photo files for the best print quality. Images downloaded from social media platforms (like Facebook or Instagram) or messaging apps (like WhatsApp) are often compressed, which lowers their quality and can result in blurry or pixelated prints.
  • Avoid Screenshots: Screenshots or heavily cropped images may not print well due to their lower resolution.
  • What If I’m Unsure About Quality? If your image doesn’t meet the quality standards, we’ll contact you to discuss adjustments or request a higher-quality file.

Which photo shapes are best for printing?

  • Rectangle vs. Square: The shape of the image should match the shape of the product’s printable area. For example:
    • Square images work well on square canvases.
    • Rectangular images are ideal for Rectangle.
    • If you would like to fit a square image on a rectangle canvas or visa-verser please upload the image and contact us.
  • Landscape vs. Portrait:
    • Landscape photos (wider than tall) are better for products like panoramic prints, or wide canvases.
    • Portrait photos (taller than wide) are great for vertical frames.
    • Your Canvas will be rotated to fit Portait or Landscape
  • Image Adjustments: If your photo shape doesn’t match the product’s dimensions, we’ll crop or adjust it to fit. We’ll contact you for approval if significant changes are needed to avoid cutting important parts of the image.

How should I size or crop my image?

  • Recommended Size: Upload your images in their original size and resolution for the best print quality.
  • Cropping vs. Resizing: It’s better to crop your image to match the product’s dimensions instead of resizing it. Resizing can distort the image or reduce its quality.
  • What If I’m Unsure? Don’t worry! Our team will review your image and make minor adjustments to ensure it fits perfectly. If any major changes are needed, we’ll reach out to you for approval.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our products are personalized, cancellations are only accepted within 1st hour of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel.

We offer refunds or replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, or do not match your order. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
